"Traces" are the reminders of days spent wandering about Paris, made by Bert Berghuis and his daughter Marieke Berghuis. Bert Berghuis recorded findings in black and white photographs and Marieke Berghuis in drawings and collages. They held their expeditions between 2007 and 2009.
"Traces" is their first joint project. They are thinking about going further, going to different destinations and perhaps recording traces of sounds. For them, “Traces” is a project without limits.
